Failure is Not an Option
"You need to have a winning attitude:
No retreat, No surrender!"
Aside from her management experience in a fast food chain, Nancy Bondoc has launched several business ventures including a furniture dealership, a cell phone shop, a diaper enterprise, and a construction business.
In running her small businesses, Nancy found that the operating cost often ate into her profits. "Ang dilemma ko, walang natitira kasi ang laki ng overhead. Every month, may constant expense. You have to pay your employees, rent out your office, renew your permits, pay taxes," she explains. Tapos, ang hirap kumita. Kung wala kang benta, wala kang kita. I really wanted another business to shoulder our daily household expenses."
Recognizing the potential of First Vita Plus, she realized that it was the perfect solution to her problem. "Walang employees, walang opisina. Simple ang inventory so no warehousing. No boss!" she enumerates. "It was also the time that tea drinks started coming out, and people were looking for a healthier drink. First Vita Plus is all natural, so hindi ganun kahirap ibenta, marami pang repeat order."
Nancy tried First Vita Plus herself, and was surprised at how effective it was. "It eased my dysmenorrhea and hyperacidity. My child, who has asthma and is often exempted from PE, is now a volleyball varsity player," she narrates. "My mom also had a gallstone that was due for operation. Humingi siya sa akin ng P80,OOO na pang-opera. Binigyan ko ng six boxes of First Vita Plus, tapos gumaling siya."
Nothing beats hard work.
When you invest your time, resources and skills,
you're a sureball success.

Being among the first few who joined First Vita Plus, Nancy banded together with the other members to strategize on how they would grow their business. "We pledged our full support, we made training modules. Nag-plan talaga kami. We studied the product, then nag-inventory kami kung sino pa ang puwedeng sumali. Meron kaming vision, may direction na kami for the company."
Nancy set aside four hours every night for First Vita Plus so she could have a supplementary income. "Maka – P10,000 extra a week, ok na ako eh. I was
earning around P 50,000 a week but I didn't plan to go full time," she reveals.
Her plans changed, however, when she realized that her members with no business background started earning well. "Na-challenge ako kasi negosyante ako. Gusto ko rin umasenso."
Despite her family's doubts, Nancy decided to set her targets higher for her First Vita Plus business. "Nanghihinayang sila sa kakayahan ko, eh, pero nabagalan kasi talaga ako sa kita dun sa iba kong negosyo, kaya inaral ko talaga yung product," she explains. "I started teaching people how to do it. Importante kasi yung duplication para kumita nang malaki, saka kelangan mo ng huge organization."

After using her earnings to payoff her credit card bills, her loans, and balances in her construction business, Nancy rewarded herself with her first car after only eight months with First Vita Plus: a Mitsubishi Pajero.
Then the blessings started pouring in. Earning P 100, 000 a month, Nancy soon put away enough money for a P5M house, an educational plan for her child, and trips around the Asian countries. This was followed by a trip to the US, a BMW X3, a Mercedes Benz C Class, a P22-M house, a Toyota FJ Cruiser, and a condo unit in Gateway Garden Heights-all in six years.

"When I went home to Pampanga in luxury cars, yung mga taong pinigilan aka so negosyong ito, lahat silo sinabi, 'Buti nalang hindi ka nakinig so amin!'" she quips.
A First Vita Plus ICON, Nancy outlines five steps for those who want to succeed in this business. First, she says is to believe in the vision. "When you believe, it will happen to you. You will follow the footsteps of all those who have succeeded" she asserts.

Next is to learn how to achieve this vision. "You have to study the product and the business. You have to learn how to manage people. Relationships are vital in the marketing business, you have to earn other people's trust and respect," she notes.
The third step, Nancy says, is to apply what you have learned through action. "Nothing beats hard work. When you invest your time, resources, and skills, you're a sureball success."

"Failure is not an option," Nancy emphasizes as the fourth step. "You need to have a winning attitude: no retreat, no surrender. Don't stop."

The last, and the most important step, is to help people, Nancy states: Above all her material achievements, Nancy believes that helping others is what makes the business fulfilling. "For me to be successful, I need to help other people succeed as well. My Champions team has over 500,000 members nationwide, and each month we have 150 members who are able to buy new cars or their own houses. I count their success as my success," Nancy states.
